PRODUCTION AREA Sant 'Ilario d' Enza (Reggio Emilia)

VARIETY Lambrusco Salamino 45%, Lambrusco Maestri 40%, Ancellotta 15%

VINIFICATION Harvesting of the grapes at dawn, to have a cold product. Cold maceration in contact with the skins with submerged cap for two to three days. The free-run must is separated through a soft press, then it is filtered and kept in the tank at 0 degrees for several months until the final processing.

BOUQUET Vinous typical of Lambrusco with hints of red fruit and violet

PAIRINGS It finds the best marriage with traditional Emilian cured meats, it goes well with foods with a greasy taste and surprises for the pleasant combination with red fruit desserts.

TASTE Full, fruity, on an acidic background, with a good balance supported by a lively freshness that closes elegantly with the soft hints of cherry and plum

NOTES Lambrusco Amabile is produced from the combination of the aromatic Lambrusco Salamino, the full-bodied Maestri and the sweetness of the Ancellota combined with refined wisdom. With modern technique but with a traditional philosophy, in full respect of the healthiness of the consumer. This wine with hints of violet on the nose, a sweet but powerful taste and the fragrance of plum and cherry, typical of Lambrusco but now unobtainable, we rediscover them with a pleasant surprise in this sweet glass.
