Ruby red with purple reflections that over time tend to garnet red. Intense aromatic structure of ripe red fruits such as cherries and blackberries, but also of flowers such as violets and dried roses and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it reveals a wine with an elegant and velvety character, with a good fruity aftertaste. This wine goes very well with a smoked aubergine vegetarian lasagna with spicy feta, grilled zucchini and red chilli. Also excellent with a simple grilled veal chop and with aged sheep and cow cheeses. 10465
