Without Nothing not by chance: wine that speaks of Abruzzo and that's it, with nothing added, starting from the sulfur. Grape juice fermented and not filtered or harnessed. Vine with concentrated peel extract which, however, if vinified with delicacy, is capable of giving a wine with a nice rhythm in the mouth, to bite. Of pulse, nerve and precise tannin, without smudges and without frills. Juicy.
Vines grown organically on clayey-limestone soils. Healthy plants, green and grassy inter-row, minimal intervention in the vineyard (a slight diversion of leaves around the bunch that avoids damp conditions). In the cellar: 28 days of maceration on the skins, aged in steel tanks for 8 months, not filtered or clarified. Without added sulfur.
