Sangiovese di S. Lucia is a red wine produced from 100% Sangiovese grapes and vinified entirely in cocciopesto. Without added sulfites. The harvest takes place manually after a careful selection of the best grapes.

Description

VINIFICATION AND AGING The fermentation, in cocciopesto, lasts about 7 days, the maceration on the skins lasts about 4 weeks. The settling occurs naturally during the winter by precipitation due to the cold. The refinement is 10 months in cocciopesto and 6 in the bottle.
