Tenuta Ghiaccio Forte Ripaforte 2019 - Castello Romitorio

The Red IGT "Ripaforte" is the latest born within the range of the Tenuta di Ghiaccioforte, a production reality owned by the Romitorio Castle. It is a cut in which, to the petit verdot, a pinch of cabernet sauvignon is added, both grown in the vineyards of the Scansanese area, perfectly exposed to the sun's rays. Low yields and careful selection lead to the harvest of very ripe bunches, followed by careful vinification and aging in small French oak barrels. Thus was born a red emblem of wine-growing Tuscany, in which structure and intense aromas mix with a noble and elegant soul.
