An Amarone that reflects a land full of meanings and traditions. The altitude of the hills facing south-east varies from 300 to 350 meters and the soils are predominantly cretaceous and calcareous, with the presence of skeleton. The yields per hectare are below the limit set by the disciplinary and the harvest is strictly manual. Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta and Croatina grapes are left to dry in the loft for about 4 months in wooden boxes. When they are considered ready by the cellar, the grapes are pressed and alcoholic fermentation is started, leaving the must to macerate on the skins for 15-20 days. The refinement is foreseen in oak barrels for at least 36 months .
