“Evaluna” is an interesting label produced by Sansonina, the Peschiera del Garda estate of the Zenato family. The particular characteristics of the area make it possible to cultivate, in addition to the grape symbol of the Trebbiano di Lugana territory, also the Bordeaux red grapes. The wine is a majority-based blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, supplemented by Cabernet Franc, which stands out for its elegance and fruity fragrance . The choice of a vinification exclusively in steel, preserves the freshness of the varietal aromas, giving a pleasantly smooth and agile sip. It is a refined, young and fruity red, particularly ductile in combinations at the table.
