Grapes : 60% Montepulciano dAbruzzo, 20% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot Harvest : second decade of October for Montepulciano and Sangiovese, second decade of September for Merlot. Average yield per hectare : 70 hl Vinification : after a partial drying of the grapes on the vine, they are pressed, de-stemmed to be fermented and a long maceration on the skins. The refinement is carried out in steel at a controlled temperature. Tasting : ruby red color, with violet reflections, rose hips and wild violets on the nose. Fruity of preserved red fruit and ripe fruit, slightly spicy, complex wine with excellent structure and well balanced persistent on the palate.
