GRAPES Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 100%. PRODUCTION AREA In the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea, where the climate is particularly favorable, windy and with excellent temperature ranges. SOILS Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 meters above sea level, mainly clayey-calcareous. MARKETING PERIOD Despite being a wine of great structure and complexity, it has the particular advantage of being ready just a few months after the harvest due to its characteristics of freshness and softness. VINIFICATION AND AGING Maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. Bottled young after a short aging in stainless steel tanks. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Ruby red color with brilliant purple hues. Ample aromas of red fruit and fine spicy notes. With a good structure, it is soft, balanced and persistent. ALCOHOL CONTENT 13% alc./vol. CLOSURES Available with both traditional cap and BVS screw cap. SIZES Bottles: 0.75 L
