MARKETING PERIOD Despite being a wine of great structure and complexity, it has the particular advantage of being ready just a few months after the harvest due to its characteristics of freshness and softness. VINIFICATION AND AGING Maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. Bottled young after a short refinement in stainless steel tanks. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Intense ruby red with deep purple hues. Ample and intense aromas of ripe red fruit, with subtle spicy notes and nuances of raspberry, blueberry and licorice. With an excellent structure, it is full, soft, balanced and with a long persistence. FOOD PAIRING Cold cuts, appetizers and various cheeses, legume soups, first courses in red sauce and roasts.
