Service mode:
Open the bottle at least 30 minutes before and decant. Serve at 18-20 C °. It goes well with structured dishes based on pasta or meat. Also excellent on its own accompanied by a good cigar and dark chocolate.

Notes of the oenologist:
Wine obtained from selected grapes characterized by a high level of sugar and points of color. The use of medium-toasted French oak barrels gives the wine a hint of wood that is never intrusive.
