The "Capogatto" by Poggio Scalette is a red wine produced in the Chianti area from international varieties. An absolute champion born from the idea of Jurij Fiore to create a red with a typically Bordeaux style in Tuscany. The result is exceptional: the nose is evolved and complex, all played on red fruits and ferrous notes on the palate it is muscular and persuasive, with a velvety drink, of infinite pleasantness.
