Aging in stainless steel tanks with battonage for about forty days, and subsequent aging for another ten months in stainless steel tanks. Bottling and aging in the bottle for about six months.
Sensory characteristics : Ruby red color with intense purple hues and with pronounced vinosity of blackberry jam, plum and violet, with a final note of warm and enveloping vanilla on the palate.
Food Pairing: Excellent with first and second courses based on meat, with cold cuts and cheeses.
