Organoleptic characteristics: Bright ruby red ones. Intense, fruity aroma with notes of red fruits such as cherry and sour cherry. In the mouth it is harmonious, pleasant, persistent and ready to drink. _x0001_
Vinification: Selection of the grapes, long maceration, deléstage and soft pressing. _x0001_
Pairings: Given the delicacy of the tannins, it can be consumed throughout the meal. _x0001_
