Wine obtained from the processing of only Montepulciano grapes in a very advanced state of ripeness and fermented through selected yeasts. The fermentation includes a maceration of the grapes for at least 8 days for the extraction of color and structure. The wine is aged for 48 months in concrete tanks on its own fine yeasts and subsequently bottled without filtration. The grapes are grown and processed in the Francavilla al Mare area under organic farming. Wine suitable for long aging if left in ideal storage conditions. For the production of this wine no derivatives of animal origin have been used and no animals have been exploited during the entire processing cycle.
