This wine was made from grapes from its own vineyards located in the municipality of Nizza Monferrato , in the Bricco region. In the spring following the harvest, the wine was aged in small French oak barrels (1/3 new 1/3 second passage 1/3 third passage) for a period of about 9-15 months and after a further refinement in steel it is bottled.
