- Grapes: Nerello Mascalese 70%, Nocera 30%
- Bred: Espalier / sapling
- Harvest: Manual in crates starting from the third week of September (mascalese), second week (nocera)
- Vinification: In truncated conical steel vats. Fulling (5 times a day) for one month. Pressing of the skins. The wine is left on the lees until January of the following year and then it is blended.
- Aging: Steel with light passage in wood (new tonneau for three months)
- Refined in bottle for three months
- Tasting notes: A beautiful bright ruby with violet reflections marks the nose full and persistent aromas of small pink fruit, floral, carob and licorice on a nice spicy background. On the palate it is fresh with acidity, rich in fruit and with a dense and nervous tannic texture
