- Grapes: Nocera 100%
- Bred: Espalier / sapling
- Harvest: Manual in crates starting from the third week of September
- Vinification: In truncated conical steel vats. Fulling (5 times a day) for one month. Pressing of the skins. The wine is left on the lees until January of the following year and then it is blended.
- Aging: Steel with passage in wood for about 18 months
- Refined in bottle for 6 months
- Tasting notes A beautiful bright ruby with reflections on the nose, ample and persistent aromas of small pink fruit, sea stones, on a spicy tobacco. On the palate it is fresh, rich, persistent and with a large volume of sweet tannins.
