Light stalk stripping. Maceration fermentation for 25 days. Malolactic fermentation in American and French oak for 12 months.
Intense garnet red. Intense and persistent, with notes of cherry and black currant, aromatic herbs, cinnamon, cloves, licorice, cocoa and mineral hints. Great structure, velvety tannins, very persistent with a long finish; good to drink immediately or suitable for aging.

Excellent with rich first courses and second courses of meat.
