Vinification

In the uncontaminated territory of Los Pandos, a generous land hosts our old vineyards inherited from a millenary tradition. A pure blue sky and a perfect microclimate with significant temperature variations even in the hottest months, the right conditions create this exceptional aromatic structure and the perfect balance in acidity.

Sensory characteristics

Clear and luminous with an incredibly intense cherry red color. On the nose, the fruitiness of the Monastrell grape has been preserved, with delicate aromas of confit fruit, blended with smoky hints and toasted tones from French oak barrels. Well balanced and fresh on the palate. Lively, full-bodied with great acidity and noble and smooth tannins.

Ideal with intensely flavored stews, rich meats, pasta with mushrooms, dried meats such as Spanish ham and aged cheeses.
