VINIFICATION Late harvest, fermentation in red at a controlled temperature
COLOR Impenetrable deep red with a creamy froth.
BOUQUET On the nose there are hints of blackberry and ripe plum.
PAIRINGS Typical Emilian cuisine, cold cuts appetizers, stuffed first courses, grilled and roasted meats, wine for the whole meal
TASTE In the mouth the gustatory impact denotes structure: it is warm, frank, full-bodied, rightly tannic, persistent, a wine that finds for its great balance and cleanliness, drinkable and very enjoyable
NOTES In 1996, the centenary of the birth of "Moro", father of the founder Rinaldo, the first bottle of Vecchio Moro was born. Wine that best identifies the " RINALDINI " family. Obtained with traditional practices but with modern technology, in full respect of the grapes and the healthiness of the consumer.
