NOTES Lambrusco "Vigna del Picchio" is a well structured red, much appreciated by wine lovers for its extraordinary elegance. The vineyards are cultivated with organic techniques, without chemical fertilizers, and grow in optimal conditions, thanks to the temperate climate of the area and the adequate exposure to the sun's rays. Refined and delicate at the same time, it is obtained through classic vinification and aging in French oak barriques for 3 long years. The refinement ends in the bottle, a factor that gives it a remarkable balance and greater freshness.
AGING Aging in small oak barrels for three long years, and a further refinement in glass.
