Lambrusco Rosè IGT Rinaldini is an extraordinary rosé, born from the union of two types of Lambrusco: Lambrusco Marani and Lambrusco Salamino. The Emilia Lambrusco Rosato Secco “Rosé” IGT produced by the Rinaldini company, after the first fermentation, carries out a second fermentation in an autoclave at a controlled temperature, according to the Charmat method. It is fragrant and refined at the same time. Versatile and multifaceted.

TYPE OF SOIL Mixed gravelly alluvial soils.
VINIFICATION Night harvesting of the grapes and immediate soft pressing, filtration of the free-run must and maintenance of the same at zero degrees for about 3 months.
TRAINING SYSTEM Spurred cordon (with high density of vines per hectare and low production yield).
COLOR Rosé with violet reflections and very fine foam.
BOUQUET The bouquet is remarkably refined, with fragrances of flowers and red fruits, from raspberry to wild strawberry.
PAIRINGS For the aperitif and appetizers of local cured meats, snacks, first courses, white meats, fried even fish, a perfect match with pizza.
TASTE Clean, elegant flavor, with hints of currant and mineral notes, a wine that surprises for its fragrance and balance, with a long persistence
NOTES Lambrusco Secco IGT Rosé is made up of 80% of the red berries of Lambrusco Marani and 20% of those coming from Lambrusco Salamino; after the first fermentation, a second fermentation is carried out in an autoclave according to the Charmat method and the result is a mineral, balanced and very fragrant wine.
