Grapes : Montepulciano dAbruzzo 100% Harvest : by hand, end of September Average yield per hectare : 70 hl Vinification : crushing, maceration and pressing at low temperature for 12 hours. Destemming of the grapes and thermocontrolled alcoholic fermentation. Tasting : bright cherry pink color of medium intensity. On the nose there are floral scents, fresh fruit, cherry and black cherry. Good structure and balance, fresh, persistent, fragrant. The fruitiness is well integrated with the olfactory sensation.
