Red grapes harvested manually in boxes selecting the best bunches. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, obtained by vinification without maceration of the red grapes. Anamente and natural decantation in concrete tanks. Filtered. Alcohol content: 13.00 Color: intense, like ripe cherries. Aroma: red fruits like currants and sweet nuances of licorice. Taste: fresh, full, with particular honeyed characters.
