Cerasuolo produced for the first time in 1997 using the “svacata”, an addition of red vinification as used in ancient times by the farmers of the area.
Our reinterpretation consists in dynamically interpreting the cut between a white and a red vinification, which is done in the middle of their fermentation. Aging: first one year in steel and after one year in bottle. The nature of this wine requires the cooperation of those who drink it, it can be felt as pink or red depending on the wishes of the moment. A winner with tomato dishes, the classic Abruzzo ragù guitar, cold cuts and grilled meats. Format: 0,75L Alcohol: 14% VOL.
