100% montepulciano d'Abruzzo on Abruzzo pergola aged 50 years. Gradation 14.5 °. The freshly picked grapes are immediately de-stemmed and crushed. Short maceration (2/3 hours) and soft pressing in wooden presses follows. Static settling of one day and start of fermentation. Aging in steel for 8 months, 5 of which on fine lees. Not clarified nor filtered.
