Tasting notes Montepulciano grapes are notoriously rich in anthocyanins and are pressed directly, deciding the degree of coloring of the must in this phase. A natural decantation always follows to ferment the clear must at a temperature between 12 and 14 ° C. Finally, a refinement of about 120 days precedes bottling. Pairings Ideal with fish soups, but also accompanies pasta and meats with delicate flavors.
