TYPE	Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC.
VINES	Selection of native red berried grapes.
VINEYARDS	Owned, in the hills of the Sangro Valley, reared partly in awning and partly in rows.
SOIL	Clayey and calcareous.
VINIFICATION	Cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.
REFINING	Short in the bottle.
STYLE	Pleasantly soft and fruity.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS	Bright cherry red color. Ample fruity aromas with hints of morello cherries and very fine floral notes. Good structure, very balanced, soft and persistent.
