Intense rosé with brilliant garnet hues. The nose is elegantly expressed with intense aromas of strawberry, raspberry and sour cherries, with fresh floral notes of violet, dog rose and pomegranate. On the palate it is a wine with good structure: enveloping, soft with a fruity and persistent finish with an almond aftertaste. Food pairings: tasty dishes of seafood, salmon, fish soups, fried sea and land, pizza in the warm seasons is an excellent alternative to red with more demanding dishes based on meat, excellent as an aperitif.
