ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
A ruby red color with reflections of rose petals and coral. The nose is intense and embellished with floral aromas, dog rose, violet, fruity notes of strawberry and wild berries. On the palate the closure is dry, stimulating and slightly bitter with a savory finish with a hint of summer cherry.
Recommended combinations
Shrimp gnocchi with chives, fish soup, veal loin with saffron scent, mushroom and ricotta dumplings.
