NOTES It comes from a very old variety of Lambrusco typical of Val d'Enza, which had been abandoned in the 1960s due to its low productivity and recovered 40 years ago, thanks to the attention of Rinaldo Rinaldini; it has been recultivated, enhanced and brought to the attention of the great international national public. A successful brut sparkling wine that has received several awards, including that of the famous Italian-American critic Antonio Galloni. These praiseworthy bubbles take shape from a meticulous vinification called "submerged cap". Subsequently, following the dictates of the Classic Method, this Lambrusco Brut referments on the lees in bottles for just over a year. The end result is Pjcol Ross.
