The Trebbiano d'abruzzo DOc of the Zappacosta Bio winery is harvested from 100% Trebbiano d'abruzzo vines, has an alcohol content of 12.5 %vol , is produced in the Chieti area. The wine has a straw yellow color. Pleasantly fruity, mineral, with good freshness and persistence, pleasantly savory aftertaste. The vinification takes place by spontaneous fermentation. Soft pressing, NO maceration. Alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel at a temperature of 16-17 degrees. It is recommended to combine it with fish dishes, cod, white meats and soups. Exquisite wine for aperitifs.
