In our cellar, between the MOR rone and MAJ ella mountains, MORMAJ, PECORINO DOC , is born, a still white wine, obtained through spontaneous fermentation. Uncleared and unfiltered, it is aged in stainless steel tanks until completely ripe and then bottled for a final refinement phase. Any deposits on the bottom do not constitute a defect in the wine and do not alter its taste.
