Cold pre-fermentation static clarification, inoculation of the yeasts in the clear must, alcoholic fermentation carried out at 11 ° C in stainless steel with subsequent refinement on the fine lees for the following 2-3 months. Sensory characteristics: straw yellow color with golden reflections intense and persistent aroma, fruity with hints of ripe yellow pulp fruit. Fresh, ready to drink, pleasant, harmonious and persistent. Food matches: excellent with appetizers and fish soups, soft cheeses, pasta with light sauces. Serving temperature: 10-12 ° C.
