Denomination: white wine Grapes: 70% Trebbiano, 30% miscellaneous. Production area: Morro d 'Oro, Teramo. Altitude: 210 m above sea level. Soils: medium texture. Vineyard: row, simple guyot. Harvest: Manual harvest, last ten days of October after grape selection in the vineyard. Vinification: after fermentation at a controlled temperature, a long refinement follows, where one part is matured in tonneaux, the other is refined on its own lees.
