Harvest
Trebbiano Torri Bakán is an Abruzzo white wine that is produced after a careful manual selection of grapes harvested from 5 to 15 October in an ancient 30-year-old vineyard in Controguerra with optimal exposure and low yield. The terroir guarantees these grapes daily temperature ranges which, together with the organic farming techniques used on the farm, emphasize the typical aromas, flavors and gustatory intensity of the grapes.
Vinification
The vinification of our organic wine without sulphites takes place exclusively in thermo-conditioned steel vats and the skin maceration is carried out at a low temperature.
How to combine our Trebbiano d'Abruzzo wine
An aperitif wine or to combine with finger-food and seafood, but you can also enjoy our Trebbiano white wine with dishes or soups based on fish or shellfish. Together with a fry it is sensational. Although white wines are always recommended to accompany fish-based meals, you can also sip it with pork-based main courses or a veal with tuna sauce.
