GRAPES Pecorino 100%. PRODUCTION AREA In the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea. SOILS Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 meters above sea level, mainly clayey limestone. MARKETING PERIOD January / February of the year following that of harvest. VINIFICATION AND AGING Short cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Straw yellow color with golden notes. Aromas of fresh yellow and ripe fruit, fine balsamic and floral notes. Good structure and long persistence. SERVING SUGGESTIONS Ideal with all seafood cuisine, in particular with raw and seafood. It also goes well with delicate meat-based dishes, with vegetables and fresh and semi-aged cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif. ALCOHOL CONTENT 12% alc./vol.
