The must is left to ferment at a temperature between 12°C and 14°C for about 30 days AGING On the fine lees for a period that varies between four and six months depending on the vintage SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS Straw yellow colour, very intense on the nose, you can recognize tropical fruit, grapes and yellow flowers.
