Vineyards: North-East of Siena in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga Vines: Predominantly Trebbiano with the addition of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay Training system: Traditional, double overturned with average yield 60 hl per hectare Altitude: From 300 to 360 meters Land: Quartz sandstone boulder, with scaly clays, layered sands, alberese mixed with alluvial pill. Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes. Cold defecation. Start of fermentation and temperature control at 16/18 °. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is decanted and decanted. In March / April it is bottled and left to refine for a short period before being marketed. Organoleptic examination: Straw white color with slight greenish hues. Intense and very floral bouquet. Net and fruity flavor, rightly savory, with good acidity
