Grapes: Trebbiano, Pecorino, Passerina, Vermentino, Chardonnay, Malvasia. _x0001_
Average production per hectare: 8/9 t of grapes. _x0001_
Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is complex with hints of exotic fruit and white flowers. Good minerality and acidity. _x0001_
Vinification: Cryomaceration of the grapes, soft pressing with debourbage of the musts and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Permanence on the fine lees for at least 3 months. _x0001_
Pairings: Ideal with roasted fish and white meats. _x0001_
Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve it at 10/12 °. _x0001_
