Average production per hectare: 11/12 t of grapes. _x0001_
Organoleptic characteristics: Light straw yellow color. Intense fruity and floral bouquet, with notes of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit. On the palate it is savory, full of ready-to-drink. _x0001_
Vinification: Cryomaceration of the grapes, soft pressing with debourbage of the musts and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Permanence on the fine lees for at least 3 months. _x0001_
Pairings: Appetizers and fish dishes. _x0001_
Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve it at 10/12 °. _x0001_
Alcohol content: 12.50% Vol.
