Pecorino PGI Chichibio is a biovegan white wine, which maintains all the characteristics of traditional wines, but produced with processes that exclude the use of any substance of animal origin, respecting the dictates of vegan nutrition and obtaining the biovegan certification.
Vinification : The bunches collected in are subjected to a soft mashing and stop at a low temperature. The must thus obtained is left to decant and then sent to fermentation at a controlled temperature, which enhances the aromatic peculiarities of the grape.
Color : Lively straw yellow.
Nose : Ample, with fruity notes of peach and apricot, white flowers and a balsamic finish.
Taste : Fresh, mineral and well balanced.
