Taste harmonious, persistent, lively in the mouth, there is a pleasant acidulous sensation due to carbon dioxide and pleasant sensations of black cherry and cherry. It has a long finish and brings with it light bitter notes. Excellent as an aperitif, so much so that it is called "the prince of happy hour".
Vinification : the grapes remain in contact with the skins for 4/6 hours at 5 ° C, it favors the dissolution of the varietal aromas. Fermentation: The wine carries out a second fermentation at a controlled temperature in an autoclave with selected yeasts. Second fermentation lasts about 10/15 days.
Color : Brilliant rosé with a fine and persistent perlage.
Nose : Hints of rose, cherry and red fruit, with a spicy hint.
Taste : Harmonious, persistent, fragrant, with a pleasant acid note. The long finish brings with it slightly bitter notes.
