Vinification : in white, with crushing and soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation: The wine carries out a second fermentation at a controlled temperature in an autoclave with selected yeasts. Second fermentation lasts about 10/15 days.
Color : Pale yellow, subtle and persistent perlage.
Nose : Intense and persistent with notes of white fruit and cedar, which are combined with floral scents.
Taste : Fresh and persistent. The retro olfactory sensations confirm the organoleptic thickness.
