Mediterranean climate, characterized by strong temperature variations due to the mountain breezes coming from the nearby Maiella massif. exposure, as well as favorable soil and climate. Vinification: the selected grapes are harvested by hand and placed on plastic racks to dry in well-ventilated rooms for about 45 days, then they are pressed and fermented traditionally at a low temperature with inoculation of selected yeasts. After 35-40 days it is gently squeezed and the wine obtained is left to refine in barrique for 12/18 months. Refine in the bottle for at least 6 months before being put on the market. Characteristics of the Wine: amber yellow wine, delicate bouquet, ample and harmonious taste with hints of honey and tropical fruit. Gastronomic combinations: desserts, blue or ultra-aged cheeses, dry pastry or puff pastry, excellent in combination with the typical Sulmona sugared almonds.
