Falanghina Biorganic Molise DOC is one of the most qualitative proposals of the Di Majo Norante company. Renowned maison of the South, it has its main estates in Molise, more precisely in the province of Campobasso. The soil with a high clayey composition allows an excellent development of the vines, cultivated according to the espalier method. Viticulture follows the principles of biodynamic agriculture and does not involve the use of tractors and chemicals. At the base of the white wine there is the 100% pure Falanghina vine, whose best bunches are selected at the beginning of October. Once the grapes have been de-stemmed, maceration can begin in direct contact with the skins for 24 to 36 hours. The malolactic fermentation at a controlled temperature takes place in large stainless steel tanks. At the end of the process the wine is bottled and can rest in the cellar for up to a couple of years. Falanghina Biorganic Molise DOC is however a product that lends itself to immediate consumption and is very versatile. Excellent.
