The Chianti Classico of Castellare di Castellina is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Castellina in Chianti. It is produced with 95% Sangiovese grapes and 5% Canaiolo grapes, harvested in October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C for 15-20 days. Subsequently the wine is aged in barrique for 7 months, and for a further 7 months in the bottle. This Chianti Classico is characterized by a brilliant ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with hints of cherries and violets, enriched by pleasant spicy notes of licorice and vanilla. On the palate it is balanced, with harmonious and delicate tannins. The wine has a finish that gives pleasant sweet sensations. Perfect to accompany cold cuts, first courses with meat sauce and roasts, it is ideal in combination with stews, game and aged cheeses.

1 Production area: South Coast of Abruzzo. Grapes and Vinification: Merlot. The grapes were harvested manually during the night to preserve their aromas and freshness. The grapes undergo a soft crushing-destemming, then the must is fermented in large steel tanks for 18/22 days at a low temperature (10/12 ° C) to enhance the aromas. The Contado is obtained from the vinification in purity of Aglianico grapes grown on the hills of Molise in the Camarda vineyard. Vinified in small steel fermenters with long maceration. The wine is aged for about three years, one of which in barriques and tonneaux.

Lacrima is a very particular vine, grown only in the terroir surrounding the municipality of Morro d'Alba. It is said that even Frederick Barbarossa appreciated it in the distant 1167 AD, when he settled in these territories to attack nearby Ancona. A strongly rooted grape, which the Marotti Campi company likes to decline in two versions: in particular this Lacrima Superiore DOC "Orgiolo" stands out for its precious olfactory bouquet, which, combined with an extremely pleasant drink, makes this bottle truly remarkable.

Around the 12th century, an ancient villa known as “il castellare de Ylice” stood near our cellar. The name was probably due to the Latin term ilex (holm oak), a particular variety of oak very common in our area. To date, no trace has remained of this historic villa, but the passion and respect we have for our territory has prompted us to pass on the name of that ancient presence.

Certified organic and biodynamic sparkling white wine (Demeter).

It is the ancestral version of prosecco, as it is made up of grapes coming from a vineyard of ancient origins. We like its elegance supported by a good acidity and it strikes us with its beautiful and lively gustatory energy. It should be served at 7-9° C, to allow the palate to fully appreciate its creaminess and freshness.

Red wine of typical Sulcis grapes with a modest addition of French varieties vinified in purity from the spurred cordon vineyards grown in the lower Sulcis in the vineyards of Narcao and Barrua. The quality of the Sulcitane red grapes is excellent not only for its colour, but also for the softness of its extractive components.

The intense aroma of red and dark berries and violets is typical of our cultivation area in the mountains, which is considered one of the most suitable for this variety. In the mouth, this red wine unfolds harmoniously, full-bodied and persistent. In the glass, the wine shines in a beautiful ruby red.

A Blanc de Blancs obtained from the vinification of Chardonnay grapes only, the 1701 Franciacorta Satèn offers all the aromatic breadth and elegance of this vine. Soft, thanks to the fine and elegant perlage, ripe and round, after at least 30 months of aging on the lees it can express all the richness and intensity of which it is capable.

White wine grown on soils of gray porphyry and sandy limestone powder. Straw yellow color and great potential for aromas with mineral hints of flint and an absolutely clear fruit. On the palate it is presented with great depth, precision and a decisive and persistent aftertaste.

Pinot Noir Matan grows in the most prestigious areas in Montagna for this vine. Thanks to the terroir, this wine is characterized by character, elegance, delicacy and aromatic notes. The considerable temperature range between day and night, which characterizes the ripening phase of the grapes, makes this robust dark red wine, with an aroma of wild berries, particularly structured.

Produced with grapes coming from the same vineyard from which Barbaresco is obtained, the Langhe DOC "Martinenga" by Marchesi di Grèsy has all the character and elegance of the great Nebbiolo, with intense and very fine aromas. Refined in concrete or steel, it offers liveliness and pleasantness on the sip.

The Prosecco Brut Rustico from the Nino Franco winery is a Treviso Doc white wine with incomparable harmony and freshness. Il Lauro comes from a selection of grapes from the historic "Mogliette" vineyard planted in 1969 on the loamy soil of a windy west-facing hillside. The vineyard's longevity and particular location allow for a late harvest and the achievement of an excellent balance between acidity and sugar content. The historicity of the planting, the management of the vines, the selection of the bunches during the harvest and the maniacal attention in all the processing phases allow us to obtain a full-bodied, velvety and decidedly refined wine.
