The Superiore di Cartizze, produced in limited quantities, is considered by many to be one of the best proseccos ever. Bright yellow in colour, with a persistent perlage, the nose blends numerous fruity aromas with light floral notes linked by great finesse and due to its sweet, fresh and fragrant flavour. It should be served at a temperature of 6° - 8° C., obtained by keeping the bottle immersed in the ice of the bucket, possibly not in the fridge.
