The red wine Niccolò V Riserva DOC boasts the Colli di Luni certification. It is produced with a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and black Pollera grapes that intersect at 33% each. The vineyards are all grown on the hills of the municipality of Castelnuovo Magra in the province of La Spezia. The type of land on which they stand is pebbly and rich in skeleton. The training system is the typical Guyot one. The harvest starts between the middle and the end of September and must be completed by the first half of October. The Labianca Liguria di Levante Bianco IGT is a wine produced at the Lunae cellar in Colombiera-Molicciara. Located on the border with Tuscany, the company bases its philosophy on the tradition and enhancement of the territory. The grapes come from the Vermentino vines for 80% and Malvasia for the remaining part. The plants are grown in the hills on soils rich in pebbles and skeleton and are favored by sea and mountain breezes, optimal conditions for production. Following the manual harvest and the selection of the best bunches, fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
